The first consideration in planning the implementation of a ProManage solution is the timeframe… when do you want the solution delivered?
Once we know the delivery date, we jointly create a very detailed plan showing the steps necessary to deliver the solution by that date, and assigning responsibility for the various tasks required for delivery.
A successful implementation is one where both parties, ProManage and plan sponsor, are fully engaged in the planning process.
For example, if a client is set to open PROgram managed accounts, then benchmarks need to be clearly established for employee communications, meetings, and enrollment. None of these rollout tasks can be performed solely by ProManage or the client... they must be partners in the process.
