The process we use at ProManage is designed to help us help you design a PROgram that takes into account the needs and desires of your organization as well as those of your people. In order to do this we invest the time upfront to get to know and understand your organization.
We will then couple this understanding with what we know - including not only our technical knowledge in a wide variety of disciplines, but what we have learned over the last decade of providing custom defined contribution plan services to a wide variety of plan sponsors. This will drive the design of your PROgram.
Project planning is essential to the successful rollout of any custom project and we use this proces to help gain and maintain consensus amoung the various consitutients that have an impact on the outcome of your PROgram.
Finally, we work with you and your service providers to implement the program we have crafted with you and for you, making sure this is done well. The process does not stop at implementation and day-to-day administration. We will help you measure and monitor results against standards set during the Understand phase.
